MSERIN M-9060S UV flatbed Printer
The MSERIN M-9060S is a true industrial UV flatbed printer with a wide range of features and the ability to directly print flat substrates and circular materials. Using VDT(Variable point technology), it covers drops of 3-12pl, enabling it to print complex images with huge color gradients. The MSERIN M-9060S-UV printer has the option of negative pressure system or ink CUP system with white and color ink, making maintenance easy and hassle-free.

2. Thick aluminum vacuum suction table
All MSERIN models are equipped with a vacuum aluminum suction platform, matched with a powerful suction fan to ensure that soft media such as UV DTF AB film, leather or flat substrates such as acrylic, wood, corrugated plastic, etc., can be attached to the platform. Aluminum surface is specially treated to prevent corrosion and scratches.

5. Low Ink alarm system

7. Front panel
The front panel has the basic control functions, like on/off switch, making the platform up and down, moving the carriage right and left and doing test print, etc. You can operate here even without the computer.
8. Carraige plate temperature controler
It's a compact device inside the printer carriage that serves to 1)heat the metal carriage bottom plate and 2)display the real time temperature of the carriage bottom plate.
9. UV LED lamp power knobs
MSERIN's printer can match the UV lamp according to the number and color of the print head you choose.
With them, you can adjust the wattage of the lamps according to your jobs' requirement.
For example, if you need to print heat-sensitive materials like film A&B(for stickers), you might want to turn down the lamp wattage to prevent it from altering its shape because of the heat.

10. Rotary device
All UV flat bed printed models from MSERIN can be matched to cylindrical fixtures. It can handle three kinds of rotating products: a bottle with a handle like a mug, a bottle without a handle like a regular water bottle, and a bottle that is tapered like a non-tipping spoon (additional gadgets are required).
The 9060S matched cylinder fixture is directly installed at the rear of the platform, which has no impact on the printing of other products, and does not need to be disassembled, avoiding the trouble of spending time debugging after often disassembling the cylinder fixture. Switch the print mode directly to rotation mode when needed, so that we can print the cylinder.
