Q1: What is the most advantage of your products ?
Being healthy is the biggest advantage of our furniture, especially in formaldehyde control. We only use good water based paint and wood based panel with extremely low formaldehyde (E0 grade). You don’t need worry about any healthy problem or unpleasant odor when the new furniture move in.
Q2: Can you do customization?
Yes, we own a manufacturing base with production line of solid wood furniture, panel furniture (painted or paint-free), metal furniture and soft furniture. We have been designing and producing various furniture for companies, governments, schools, hospitals and hotels for more than 30 years. So we are very experienced and very pleased to accept custom orders.
Q3. Can I ask for a sample before place an order?
Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable. Yet for consideration of saving postage, we also provide detailed pictures and other documents you require to smooth your concern as an alternative solution.
Q4. Can I have a visit to your factory?
Sure, our factory is in Chongqing (one of the biggest industrial cities in China), Just an hour's drive from airport. If you want to have a visit to our factory, please contact us to make an appointment. We can help you with booking hotel, picking up at the airport, etc.
Q5. What is the payment term of your factory?
Normally in TT 30% deposit, 70% balance before loading; L/C; OA; trade assurance acceptable.
Q6: What about the lead time?
Standard product needs 5-7 work days, customized product time around 20 days. It depends on the quantity and complexity of the order, please feel free to contact us and calculate the lead time of your order.
Q7: I am a small wholesaler, do you accept small order?
Yes, of course. The minute you contact us, you become our precious potential customer. It doesn't matter how small or how large your quantity is, we are looking forward to cooperating with you and hopefully we would grow together in the future.
