Except water and air, LED UV INK could print on almost all type of hard and soft medias. (for special media, need UV primer pretreatment before the printing, like metal, glass and other medias with very very very smooth surface)

1.How long is shelf life of domestic LED UV Ink?
At present, the color ink's shelf life is 12 months, white ink is up to 6 months. As it is known, the shelf life of LED UV ink is
shorter, and this is also the problems that most of customers are worried about. But now the problems have been solved basically.
2. Why your color ink's shelf life is longer than the white ink?
Because the color ink's raw material is organic material, and the white ink's raw material is inorganic pigments, and due to the
inorganic pigment's density is higher, which determines the white ink's shelf life is much shorter than the color ink.(now the white ink's raw material in the market is all about inorganic pigment.)
3. How to use and save LED UV Ink? Any considerations?
-- LED UV Ink is needed to save in the black and sealed container,out of the direct sunlight,far away from the heat source;
--- During the using,it should keep out of the light all the time,like printer lines,ink SAC,etc, it must use black and anti-light
materials;Avoid the skin contacting with the uncured ink,if contaminated accidentally,wipe immediately with issue,then wash with soaf,and if a servere allergic reaction on the skin,go to the hospital ASAP;
--- Use the cleaning solution to clean the printer line,head before using the ink.If used other brands' cleaning solution,it may
cause damage to the nozzles;
--- Please shake the ink bottles before using the white UV ink;
--- Print different substrates,please keep the surface dry and clean;
