100X Stainless Steel Remote Control Float Valve Ductile Iron Remote Control Float Valve 100X remote control float valve is a hydraulically operated valve with multiple functions. It should be installed at the water inlet of a pool or elevated water tower. When the water level reaches the set height, the main valve is controlled by the float pilot valve to close the water inlet and stop the water supply; when the water level drops, the main valve and the float switch control the opening of the water inlet to fill the pool with water to achieve automatic water replenishment. The liquid level control is precise and not affected by water pressure; the 100X remote control float valve can be installed at any position according to the height of the pool and the use space. It is easy to maintain, debug and inspect, has reliable sealing and long service life. The valve has reliable performance. High strength and flexible action are suitable for pipes with a diameter of less than 45MM. Piston type is recommended for pipes with a diameter of DN500MM or above.
Working principle: When the pipeline supplies water from the water inlet, since the needle valve, ball valve and float valve are normally open, water enters the pool through the micro filter, needle valve, control room, ball valve and float valve. At this time, there is no pressure in the control room, the main valve is opened, and the water tower (pool) supplies water. When the water level of the water tower (pool) rises to the set height, the float floats up to close the float valve, the water pressure in the control room increases, pushing the main valve to close, and the water supply stops. When the water level drops, the float valve reopens, the water pressure in the control room drops, and the main valve opens again to continue supplying water to maintain the set height of the liquid level.
