It possesses excellent high-temperature resistance, radiation resistance, flame retardancy, high strength, high dimensional stability, good melt durability, chemical corrosion resistance, excellent dielectric performance, and wear resistance. The modification process, which includes adding glass fiber, mineral, and carbon fiber reinforcement, creates a vastly improved product that offers enhanced qualities that make it more versatile in industrial applications.
Modified PPS granules are known for their excellent performance in extreme weather and temperature environments, with extended use temperatures ranging from 200℃ to 220℃. The material also features a significant heat deformation temperature (over 260℃) and an ability to withstand low temperatures of -40℃.
