Q1: Can I change material or steel for my knives?
A:Yes, all knives can be customized according to your request. We can change knive steel as 420, 440C, BD1, 12C27，D2, VG10, S35VN, etc.
Q2: What kind of packing options can I choose?
A: We would like to give you recommendation about packing depending on your target price and market. Normally, white box, color box, gift box, clamshell packaging, nylon pouch and leather sheath, etc.
Q3: What is the QC management after I place order?
A: To the whole order management, inspection team has specific flow and quality control standard for every product in every stage such as early-production inspection, mid-production inspection, final-production inspection and container loading inspection. The key points will reflect in Progress Sheet and QC report so that we can track every project’s situation and feedback our customers immediatly.
Q4: What about the delivery and payment terms?
A: Normally our delivery time is 45-60 days.We accept T/T and L/C payment. Great long term relationship with forwarder of Air/Freight leads that we can get competitive price with better service for our customers. For the shipping service, we coordinate factories to deliver FCL/LCL goods, organize the forwarder, report the ETD & ETA, and send documents like Invoice, Packing list, B/L etc.
