Q: What are there included for a battery or pack , may i buy charger from you?A: Battery case, BMS, battery pack, you can buy
customzied connector, charger from us if you need.
Those lifepo4 batteries need to charge with the right lifepo4 battery chargers,
other type chargers may cannot charge it full , or even damaged this type lifepo4 batteries,
please enquiry the sales to confirm the chargers.
Q: How long does it take to recharge the battery?
A: 1)usually it takes 2+ hours with 100A 58.4V 16S/ 54.75V 15S standard Lifepo4 charger Per Layer 10KWh Modular battery.
2) can be Fully charged in 3 hours+ for a 51.2V 16S/ 48V 15S 300Ah lifepo4 battery.
Q: Can i do Paralles or Series with 48V Lifepo4 batteries ?
A: Yes our batteries lifepo4 batteries 48V can do 5-6 Paralles only in Paralles~no Series!
Before in conecitions in Paralles, please remember to charge per unit 48V batteries all at a same Level Voltage to make sure there
is no Voltage differences so that it cannot damage the batteries after in Paralles .
Q:What's the warranty FOR LIFEPO4 10KWh TO 50kwH HS51200 Series ?
A: Warranty 10 years from the delivery date.
Our 10 years warantte policy:
1st Year: Free replacement of the issued battery if checked;
2nd-5th Year: Free replacement accessories
6th-10th Year: Free technique support and paid accessories service maintenance.
Our batteries cycles 6000 times at 80% dod. Lifespan more than 15+ years!
Man-made problems not in warranty:

A: Fast delivery : If small quantity, can be finished in 10-15 workingdays days after payment, bulk in 15-25 working days depends
on the order quantity AND Specification details required and shipping delivery depends on the agents flights schedules.
Before shipment, our QC Will do aging and testing on the batteries, after tested ok no issues, we will show you the finished
pictures, package pictures, bulk order we will take production and package videos too. No worries for our Quality!

A: Of course yes, No MOQ Required , 1 pc is workable.
