Q: How about the warranty? What you will do if the inverter in problem during 1 or 2 years? If refund should i return the goods?
A: The inverters are of 5 years warranty, during the warranty we offer you free replacements for parts,no need to send back to
china. The warranty period has expired , we will offer support but you need to pay for the parts component cost.
Q: How long the delivery time if i order? How soon can you send out the goods?
A: Some of the inverters in stock, and to make new inverters take 1-2 weeks time, ODM OEM take 4-5 weeks time for customization.
Q: What happen if I meet problem during instalation? Will you support and how?
A: Yes that we are 24hours online to help, pls contact us by email or other way should anything need help,no matter technical service or after sale service.
Q: Does your company also provide other solar products except Pure Sine Wave Inverter?
A: Yes, we also provide other solar products, like MPPT Solar Controller, poly solar panel, off grid solar inverter, on grid inverter, battery, portable solar system, solar charger and other accesories related to the solar power system.
Q: What certificates do you have for your products? Can you provide sample for testing? A: Sure, please kindly contact us and we will provide sample for you. Our products have acquired RoHS, CE, FCC, UL, PSE
certificates, which is able to satisfy most country’s importing requirements. Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take?
A: Usually by DHL, UPS, FEDEX,TNT. It usually takes 3-6days to arrive. By air, by sea are also acceptable. EXW, DDU, DDP, FOB,CIF, DAP, etc. All terms are available.
