Semi-automatic Loading Device
Equipped with semi-automatic loading system, it supports a wide range of tube types for loading, just place multiple tubes on the conveyor belt to achieve automatic loading.
Ultra Short Tailstock Cutting
Movable front chuck for stable clamping and high clamping force automatic positioning of the center of the tube, to achieve ≥60mm ultra-short cutting tail material, with more material savings.
Front Loading Device
While the workpiece is being cut, the rising support cylinders hold the support plate to support the pipe and prevent it from sagging. When the workpiece is finished cutting, the rising support cylinder retracts completely and the workpiece falls onto the drop plate and slides down to the storage area. The cylinder action is automatically controlled by the system.
