Wood crusher (sawdust machine) is a series of special equipment for wood crushing invented after years of research and design according to the needs of China's industrial production. Wood chipper is a new type of woodworking machinery and equipment that is ideal for pre-production of wood series. The components of the wood shredder are mainly composed of a shell, a bearing, a screen, a transmission wheel, and a trough frame. All materials are cast from manganese steel.
The wood shredder is composed of a body, a middle body and a lower body. The middle body is equipped with a triple stator ring, a crushing cutter and a fineness analyzer. The main machine adopts alloy cutter head. It has a high degree of wear resistance, which also improves production. With coarse crushing, fine crushing, and centrifugal crushing, the motor drives the rotor of the crusher to run at high speed, so that the machine generates high-speed airflow to produce high-strength impact force, compression force,and cutting force on the crushed materials, and achieves unique crushing functions.
