Manufacturing Proces

Melting & Casting & Rolling Process

	Steel Iron metal Scrap iron and steel are usually used as raw materials for production lines.
	Melting furnace Steel and iron metals and other scrap metal materials are mixed and melted into molten steel at high temperatures to form components in the required proportions.
	Continuous casting machine The molten steel made by the steelmaking furnace is cast by the continuous casting machine to obtain the continuous casting billet.
	Rolling mill The rolling mill is mainly composed of several sets of rolls. The rolls are a pair of rolls that rotate in opposite directions. A gap or hole of a certain shape is formed between the two rolls. The steel billet passes through the roll to become a steel of a certain shape.
	Final product After hot rolling, water is penetrated immediately, the surface is controlled to cool, and then the core residual heat is used to complete the tempering treatment of the finished steel bar.
