The MR101 universal waterproof slurry is the lated technical construction waterproof mortar material with the ability of acid-resistance,alkali-resistance.The MR101 has the permeability to substrate.resistant to the minor cracks. It’s speed of solidification is largely quicker than other coating,at the same time, the product can also be in a higher level in the anti-high or low temperature environments. The MR101 universal belongs to one type of rigid waterproofing coating chemical. It includes two components, liquid part and powder part.
-Can be worked directly on the wet or damp substrate projects. -The film has the ability to anti- 40 Celsius below zero and 100 Celsius over zero. -The active penetration of the crystallization of ingredients containing in this product has the ability to repair minor cracks and will form a waterproof layer between the bases and air environment. -Non-toxic,harmless and environmental-friendly products can be directly used for pools and Ponds. -The film can be anti-acid and alkali,inhibit mold and anti corrosion .
SUBSTRATES & APPLICATION
- Interior and outdoor cement constructures,(such as bathroom,kitchen), brick and light brick structure. - Basements,bridges,high-speed rail,subway station,tunnels,civil air defense projects,mines,foundation,floor walls and ground. - Before paving stones,tiles,wallpaper,gypsum board,the waterprofo mortor is used for the front layer processing to meet the needs of waterproofing and anti-efflorescence.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
- Keep the substrates surface dry and without dust.
-Two coats brush requested. After the 1st coat dry then apply the 2nd coat in a perpendicular direction with first coat.
-Proper application temp is 5℃-40℃.
-Dry time is 8h with temp 23℃.The lower temp, the longer dry time.
APPLICATION
- Pour the white liquid into clean container then put the powder into it slowly, in the meantiem,stir the mixture with electrical blender.The mixing tools are motor stirrer with stirring time 2 mins, keep the mixture still for 2 mins, then stir another 2mins. - Fully brush the mixture on the wet base or wall.Generally, brush 2 coats and keep vertical for two coats. -The second coat starts after the 1st coat completely dry(about 4-8 hours) -Maintain intermittent stirring to prevent precipitation during operation. After application,some water is needed to make maintenance. - After the waterproof mortar layer finished, generally,they layer can be directly face water soak. To reach a better waterproof performance, had better need a cement layer to apply as the protective layer on the waterproof mortar.
CLEANING
Clean the application tools with water once work finished.
