1.How long is the lead time?
Normally our bulk production period is about 30 days. In the case of client special request, we will speed up the production progress against the project time table provided before production.
2. If customer need a special project offer, what information do we want?
If clients want to know the price of certain area of project products,please give us the DWG drawing, pictures (if it is possible), progress of construction sites. We will estimate whether our products satisfy with the concrete foundation according to our products' dimension and the international safety requirements of fire exits.
Regarding on the projects , besides the above documents, please tell us the quantity of function, the roof height, and the ground carrying ability, and so on. We will check and recommend the best solution according to these documents.
3. How long of the delivery time?
For different countries and regions, the delivery time is different. For container shipping, normally delivery time need about 7 days for Southeast countries, 20 days for middle east countries, 30 days to Europe and South America and 40 days to African countries.
4. How long about products ‘guarantee?
It is 3 years guarantee except man-made damage. One year free maintenance, other years needs payment. During the guarantee period, our salesman will visit our clients regularly to make sure good communication for each other. We also can give the client after sales service throughout its life.
