Description

AFM₁ (Aflatoxin M₁) rapid test strip is convenient, fast, sensitive and can be used for on-site large-scale testing.

There are 1 test line and 1 control line on the strip.

Mix the milk with the reagent in the micro-well, then incubate at 40 or 50℃ for 3 min. Insert the strip into micro-well for 5 min, then read the result by the color of C line (Control Line) and T line (Test Line). 

Detection Limit(LOD)

Original milk/pure milk/milk powder: 0.3-0.4 ppb (ng/mL)

other LOD values: 0.05ppb, 0.1ppb, 0.2ppb, 0.3 -0.4ppb 0.5ppb (more information please contact salse)

Result Determination:

Negative:

T Line and C Line  are both red, and color of T Line is deeper than C Line or the same with C Line.

Positive:

C Line is red, T line does not show any color or the color is obviously lighter than C Line. If there is no T Line showing up, we still consider the result as positive.

Invalid:

If C Line does not show up, we consider the test is invalid. Please repeat the test based on our manual.
