A: PDF, CDR, AI, PSD,EPS is workable. Vector file is required.

Q:How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A:We will provide you our existing sample to check our quality, but shipping cost need to be paid by you.
We also can make new samples according to your requirements if you are willing to pay us sample fee.

The sample cost can be refunded if your bulk order quantity reach our request.

Q:Can you design for us?
A:Yes. We have a professional designing team, just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas.

It is also OK if you do not have the complete files. Send us high resolution images, we can design the layout you want.

Q:How long can I expect to get the sample?
A:After you pay the sample charge and approve the layout, mostly, the samples will be ready for delivery within 7 days.

Samples will be sent to you via express, it is OK to use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have accounts.

Q:What about the lead time for mass production?
A:Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the complexity of the product. Generally speaking,

we advise you to start inquiring a month earlier than placing the order.
