Application
The blister packing machine packing Jam, Oil, Sauce, Candy, Electronic-cigarette, Liquid, Ampoules, injection into aluminum plastic composite panel(ACP) or aluminum plate. The machine is used to produce small quality and many kinds of products.
Features
1. The machine adopts advanced intelligent drive and control technology, and all parts in contact with materials are made of SUS316 stainless steel with strong corrosion resistance
2. The equipment material adopts the combined structure design of carbon steel and aluminum alloy, and the aluminum alloy is hard anodized to improve the corrosion resistance, wear resistance, heat resistance and insulation of aluminum parts.
The film hardness can reach more than hv400 and the thickness can reach dozens or even hundreds μ m. With easy thickness control and high dimensional accuracy, it is widely used in aviation, aerospace, ship and other fields. The use of this material in packaging equipment can greatly improve the service life and stability of packaging machinery.
3. The fuselage adopts split assembly structure, which can be divided into three sections to facilitate users to enter the decorated purification workshop smoothly
4. Switching between aluminum plastic and aluminum can be realized only by changing the mold
5. It has the camera waste removal function (optional) to ensure the integrity of the product
6. There is an independent station for printing batch number and pressing tear line, which can make the batch number more clear and beautiful
7. Ensure the safety of operation, and each station has a visual safety cover

Adjustable station
Forming ,batch ,pressing,cutting ,sealing can be adjust by hand wheel and show the figure ,and the sealing mould as the base point.
Pre Alarm function
Pre alarm for Alu(PVC) foil end and PVC film end,it will show on PLC and remind operator to change material.And with Alu(PVC) fast change device.(with 2 PVC/ALU loading device).
