Q1: What files for PCB quotation?
A1: Gerber, Protel 99SE, DXP, PADS 9.5, AUTOCAD, CAM350 are OK.
Q2: What other specifications I need to prepare if I want to get a quotation from you?
A2: Please provide Quantity and Specifications like material, surface finish treatment, copper thickness, board thickness, solder mask and legend color and other special requirements for your project. Please kindly understand the above mentioned details will help us to quote accurately. If some parameters are not decided, we can quote you as per our default option for reference.
Q3: For PCBA quotation, what file formats do JERICO need?
A3: Gerber file and BOM list, pick and place file. Please provide information mentioned in A2 as well.
Q4: What is your minimum of quantity (MOQ) ?
A4: There is no MOQ in Jerico. We are able to handle small as well as large volume production with flexibility.
Q5: How can we guarantee you receive an good quality product?
A5: For PCB, we will use Flying Probe Test, E-test etc. for it.
For PCBA, we will use SPI, AOI, X-RAY, FQC etc. for it.
