Our Plug Wrap Paper boasts three SELLING POINTS:
1. apply to various high speed machines for high output cigarette filter production
2. meet the design requirements of filters with different structures

Plug wrap paper is used as a filtration material (i.e., filter tow and plasticizer), which wraps the outer layer of the cigarette filter plug, while a tipping paper holds the filter to the cigarette rod.
High-porosity plug wrap paper is used to wrap the cigarette plug, in order to ventilate it together with the perforated cigarette mouthpiece paper, thus reducing the smoke and tar content in the smoke. Apart from properties such as mass (g/m2), breaking length, opacity and texture, the most important properties of highly porous plug wrap papers refer to their permeability.
Our plug wrap paper can be used on various high speed machines for high output cigarette filter production. The products can meet the design requirements of filters with different structures. Give more functions to the filters to achieve brand differentiation. To make the cigarette less harmful and also keep the comfortable experience of smoking.
The plug wrap paper is made of the best pulps and food-grade chemicals, containing no optical brightener to ensure it has good formation, high consistency in properties and safe for food contact. Meanwhile, to filter nicotine, tar, carbon monoxide and other harm substances as much as possible.
What's more, we can supply a wide range of Verge Straw Wrapping Paper, starting from 23 gsm up to 27-30 gsm. Both high-porous and non-porous papers are in our range. Common porosities are 2000 CU – 6000 CU – 12000 CU up to 32000 CU.
