Q2: Do you custom parts? How long is your delivery time ?
A: Yes,most product are customized.
Generally sample lead time is 15-20 days,
Mass production lead time is 25~30 days
Q3: Do you make customized products based on our design drawings ?
A: Yes, we are a professional factory with an experienced engineering team to make custom products according to clients' drawings.We suggest clients to supply 2D(PDF, DWG, DXF), 3D(IGS, STP, STEP) formats drawings.
Q4: Will my drawing be safe after you get it ?
A: Yes, we will not release your design to third party unless with your permission. And we can sign the NDA before you send the drawing if you need.
Q5: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=5000 USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=5000 USD, 50% T/T in advance , balance before shipment.
Q6: How to deal with the parts received when they are found in poor quality?
A: Please rest assured that all our products are QC inspected and accepted with inspection report before delivery and generally there will no non-conformance; in case of non- conformance, please contact us immediately, take some pictures and video, we will check on the problems and have them reworked or repaired at the first time , the resulting transportation costs borne by our company.
