Our Integrated Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS) Fish Farming System is an advanced and sustainable method for raising fish in a controlled environment. This system ensures optimal water quality and fish health through a series of interconnected components that continuously filter and recirculate water. Central to this setup is the rotary drum micro filter machine, which removes solid waste particles from the water. This machine uses a fine mesh screen to trap debris while allowing clean water to pass through, significantly reducing the load on subsequent filtration stages. Complementing the rotary drum filter, a UV lamp is employed to sterilize the water by eliminating harmful pathogens and microorganisms. The UV radiation disrupts the DNA of these organisms, preventing their reproduction and maintaining a healthy aquatic environment. A protein skimmer is also integral to the RAS system, specifically targeting dissolved organic compounds. By creating fine bubbles, the skimmer causes proteins and other organic wastes to adhere to the bubble surfaces, forming a foam that is then removed from the water. What's more, the biological filter plays a crucial role in the nitrogen cycle within the system. It houses beneficial bacteria that convert toxic ammonia excreted by the fish into less harmful nitrites and nitrates, ensuring the water remains safe for the fish. Together, these components create a balanced, efficient, and eco-friendly fish farming system.
