A:Please choose the items you like on our alibaba website,or send us the pictures/designs you would like,we will get back to you based on your qty, specification and request. If all is acceptable,we will start to prepare the orders as soon as you arrange the payment.
Q4.What’s the delivery time
A:Normally we product lead time is around 30 days-45 days.If for big quantity order,pls contact with us by email and we will revert to you accordingly.
Q5. How can i get a sample to check your quality?
A:Sample order is acceptable,sample can be ready around 7 days after you arrange the payment.The sample fees will be returned back after your further order confirmed.
Q6.Why the samples or products are a little different from your photo？
A：As each Chinese fir wood products is made from different slices of wood stumps or wood root.
Each one is unique and will have differences in wood grain,shape or color.Natural imperfections and live edges are preserved in this way.
Q7. Do you provide OEM/ODM services?
A: Yes, OEM/ODM is available according to your request based on new size,shape or design..We can also add your logo on our products.
Q8.How about the MOQ and MOA?
A:Normally our MOQ is 20-50 pcs for our existing designs,but for customized items,the MOQ is 200 pcs/design.
For goods by sea,our MOA is $4000/shipment.So we suggest customers select different items and combine them together to reach the MOA,or it will be an extra handling charge $300/shipment caused.
For the goods by express(DHL/FEDEX/UPS and S.F),the freight should be charged by customers.
