Products Description
Gabion basket also named gabion box, is weaved by corrosion resistance, high strength and good ductility galvanized wire or PVC coating wire through mechanical.Gabion basket and gabion mattress are stone containers, uniformly partitioned into internal cells, interconnected with other containers and filled with stone at site to form flexible, permeable, monolithic structures to control and guide water or flood, protect dam or seawall, or used as retaining walls, channel lining and other applications.Gabion mesh is suitable for slow banks with high flow rate, serious erosion and lots of water seepage on bank slope. Gabion is a flexible structure with good self-adjustment for uneven subsidence. The porosity of the shore surface, the gap between the stone is conducive to the habitat of animals and the growth of plants, and the stone cage surface above the water line can be planted with guest soil bags to meet the ecological considerations and safety requirements.
Material introduction:
(1) Galvanized steel wire: high quality low carbon steel wire, the diameter of the steel wire 2.0MM-4.0MM, the tensile strength of the steel wire is not less than 380Mpa, the surface of the steel wire is protected by hot dip galvanizing, the thickness of the galvanized protective layer is made according to customer requirements, and the maximum amount of galvanizing can reach 300g/m2.
(2) Zinc-5% aluminum (10% aluminum) -mixed rare earth alloy steel wire: (also called Golfan) steel wire, which is an international emerging a new material, corrosion resistance is more than 3 times that of traditional pure galvanized, the diameter of the steel wire can reach 1.0MM-3.0MM, the tensile strength of the steel wire is not less than 1380Mpa.
(3) Galvanized steel wire coated: high-quality low carbon steel wire, a layer of PVC protective layer on the surface of the steel wire, and then woven into various specifications of hexagonal nets. This layer of PVC protective layer will greatly increase the protection in the highly polluted environment, and through the choice of different colors, it can be integrated with the surrounding environment.
(4) Zinc-5% aluminum (10% aluminum) -mixed rare earth alloy steel wire coating: The surface of zinc-5% aluminum - mixed rare earth alloy steel wire is covered with a layer of PVC protective layer.
