Q1:  What is your main business?

Answer: We mainly have two product lines.

              a. Fiber optic lighting with 22 years of experience.

              b. Museum lighting with 8 years of experience.

Q2. Are you a factory or a trading company?

Answer: We are the manufacturer of both fiber optic lighting and museum lighting. All the lighting fixtures we promote are designed and manufactured in our own workshop.

Q3: Can I have sample orders?

Answer: Yes, sample orders are welcome! Sample requests for mixed fixtures are also acceptable.

Q4:  How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

Answer: Small orders shipped by International Express (3-8 working days). Bulk orders shipped by air (5-7 working days airport to airport) or sea (20-40 days port to port).

Q5:  Could we have our logo on the LED lighting products?

A: Yes. Please advise us of the details when the order is confirmed.

Q6: What Minar Illumination will do if we experience problems after receiving your products?

Answer: Our products have been strictly inspected before delivery. Once you receive the products you are not satisfied with, please feel free to contact us in time. We will do our best to solve the problems by replacing or repair and meet your satisfaction.
