Yademei rubber insulation material
has introduced European technology and fully automated production equipment, and has been independently developed and improved by the Luya team. It uses high-performance nitrile rubber and polyvinyl chloride (NBR/PVC) as the main raw materials, combined with various auxiliary materials, and is a soft insulation and energy-saving material foamed through patented technology.

Colored rubber has a soft color and a comfortable overall tone, making the interior brighter. With color differentiation, it is easier to distinguish between hot and cold water pipes. It has higher elasticity and can significantly reduce the vibration and resonance of chilled water and hot water pipelines during use. This product has advantages such as softness, resistance to winding, cold resistance, heat resistance, flame retardancy, waterproofing, and low thermal conductivity.
This product has inherent characteristics of shock resistance, and its low-temperature elastic material can absorb the energy of external mechanical impacts and vibrations to protect the system structure. The impact force from any part can be widely dispersed and attenuated by the elastomer material, so as to avoid the risk of cracking due to stress concentration like that of hard foam insulation material. Reducing temperature dependent stress is one of the important characteristics of the cold insulation system due to the traditional rigid foam insulation materials such as foam glass, polyurethane PIR and PUR.
