Manual tension controller
Product Introduction
The manual tension controller is composed of a high-speed microprocessor and a high-power switching power supply. It can work in three modes: constant current, constant voltage, and constant power (constant torque). It can automatically compensate for the thermal attenuation of the clutch/brake, and the torque output is stable and reliable.
Functional Features
1. Three working modes: constant current, constant voltage, and constant power
2. Automatic compensation for clutch/brake thermal attenuation, stable torque output
3. 0~4A constant current adjustable, step 0.01V
4. External potentiometer or external 0~10V signal input
5. 0~24 constant voltage adjustable, step 0.1V
6. 0~100% constant power adjustment, step 1%
7. 4.5A overcurrent protection, short circuit protection
8. Long life adjustment knob/button
