1. Used as a tone-preserving agent and preservative (emulsifying stabilizer of mayonnaise) for refreshing drinks and food, fruit
drinks, etc. 2. Used as raw materials for medicine, cosmetics, tooth cleanser, metal cleaner, buffer, anticoagulant for textile
industry, deodorant for industry, fluorescent whitening agent for polyester fiber and monomer for making alkyd resin, etc. 3. When
