Mannanase Enzyme Granular for Detergent & Laundry for Removing Residues of Curry Sauce, Salad Dressing and Chocolate Mousse
fermentation extraction and refining technique. It ‘s used to remove residues of curry sauce,
salad dressing and chocolate mousse which ocurrs stains containing guar gum, also known as mannan.
MECHANISM
Beta-Mananase acts on the main bond of manan to hydrolyze mannan to improve its solubility, so then
remove mannan containing stains.

APPLICATION RECOMMENDATION
REACTION PARAMETERS
The product has a wide working pH and temperature range from pH 5.5-10.0 and 25℃-60℃. Loss of activity occurs beyond these ranges.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
The recommended dosage is 0.3 ~ 0.8% on weight of detergent. The product should be mixed with small amount of detergent first before further processing. The optimal dosage has to be adapted to the exact cleaning purpose.
