Application

Application: It is applied to fine crushing of various material of which compressive strength is less than or equal to 320Mpa, is applied to relatively small feeding material granularity and relatively small discharging gate, and is fitted for the secondary crushing.

Application:
    The vibrating feeder is also named as vibrating feeding machine.In the production process, this feeder is able to provide bulk or granular materials to crushers in can even, timed and continuous way, which is extensively applied in industries like mining, metallurgy, coal mining separation, building materials, chemistry and grinding materials, etc.

Operating principle:
    GBZ series vibrating feeder is composed of feed slot, ecceentricity device, spring support, gearing, etc.When the feeder is working, the motor drives the eccentricity device to rotate through the triangular belt.The eccentricity device drives the feed slot to carry out circumferential reciprocating motions that sets the supporting leg of the front end as the pivot, generating driving force for materials and enabling them to flow forward continuously, so that the materials are transported.

Chracteristics:
    This series adopts manganese steel guard plate and speed regulation motor, featuring simple structure, easy maintenance, impact resistance, wear resistance, convenient feed control,etc.

Packaging Details:

We will load different sizes of packing according to different machine sizes, and the normal packing is in wooden cases (size: L *). If exported to European countries, wood frame will be fumigation. If the container is too tight, we will use the PE film according to the customer's special requirements.
