Products Description
The irrigation of agricultural crops in large-scale farms generally adopts the drip irrigation method, and PE pipes are generally used for water distribution, which are convenient for installation and adjustment. When the original water pipe is cut off, and then connected with a pipe end closure. The connection method is conventional electrofusion, which is easy to operate and low in cost.
Drip Tape Irrigation Fittings
Water bypass valves are a common drip irrigation accessory. One end is connected to the main water-distribution PE hose, and the other end to the capillary drip irrigation pipe. When using it, you need to purchase a matching hole puncher as well.
Bypass valves installation
(1) Trim one end of the prepared drip irrigation tape flat.
(2) Determine the position where the bypass needs to be connected on the PE main hose
(3) Use a hole puncher to punch holes in the determined positions
(4) Insert the single barb end of the hose bypass valve into the drilled hole, pay attention to insert it to the end, and tighten
the lock nut to ensure that the lock nut is pressed against the pipe wall.
(5) Insert the trimmed dropper tape into the other end of the valve body. After inserting it to the end, rotate the lock nut to
lock the dropper tape.
(6) When the drip irrigation tape is incorporated into one end of the valve body, it must be inserted to the end.
(7) During the drilling process, the outer wall of the hose may be left inside the hose. After installation, make sure to flush.
