Prestressed ducts is a kind of product used for post tensioned prestressed concrete structures, included galvanized corrugated ducts, plastic corrugated ducts, metal corrugated ducts, and oval smooth ducts.

HDPE corrugated ducts:

Advantage:

1.Plastic corrugated tube using high-density polyethylene(HDPE)as the main raw material production,good corrosion resistance,aging resistance,large quantities of cable-stayed bridge,cable-stayed bridge boom outer sheath is the most good proof.

2.It is not conductive to prevent corrosion of miscellaneouscurrent and improve the feasibility of electronic monitoring tendons. 3.Sealing,permeability properties,more suitable for vacuum grouting.

4.High strength,stiffness,flexible,and not afraid to step on the pressure,not easily broken by thevibrating barchisel.

5.The process of reducing tension in the prestressing loss of friction,the friction coefficient is only 0.10-0.14.

6.Plastic corrugated pipe has a better fatigue resistance,can greatly increase the comp- onent's resistance to fatigue.
Main function:
1. Formation of reserved ducts: Pre stressed corrugated pipes form reserved ducts in concrete, which are used to install different specifications and forms of prestressed steel bars such as steel bars, steel strands, and steel wires, thereby improving the structural bearing capacity and durability.
2. Improving structural safety: Through prestressing technology, the overall stiffness and load-bearing capacity of the structure can be significantly improved, reducing maintenance costs caused by structural deformation.
Application:
Prestressed corrugated pipes are widely used in the construction of large-span tensioning projects such as highways, railways, bridges, tunnels, high-rise buildings, crane girders, rock-soil anchoring engineering, multi-floor industrual plant, coal, sports venues. etc.

Production process

We are a manufacture of prestressed products, including prestressed ducts, prestressed anchorage, PC/PE Strand,PC wire and other related products.

We have 6 lines of corrugated duct , 2 lines of HEPE corrugated duct, 4  lines of galvanized steel corrugated duct and two workshop of anchorage. Our products are widely used in highway bridge , railway, civil works, house building ,coal mine supporting and other field, Our company has a history of more than 10 years in prestressed filed , we are not only manufacture we also do a lot of research and development and take part of the our National standard making .
