Product Description
(1) The machine is independently driven on the left and right sides, controlled by a microcomputer, and the paving speed adopts constant speed automatic control technology.
(2) Shanghai Diesel SC7H190 water-cooled supercharged engine (optional engine BF6M2012), mature, reliable and powerful.
(3) The three-in-one powerful composite radiator is used to exhaust heat in a forced centralized manner, which can ensure long-term continuous operation at a high temperature of 50°C.
(4) The left and right conveying and material distribution are driven by four independent full hydraulic systems, and the material level is controlled by ultrasonic sensor technology to ensure a constant material level.
(5) The left and right material dividing devices can be easily moved up and down to adapt to different paving thicknesses and reduce material segregation.
(6) The dividing blades are made of highly wear-resistant alloy material, and the conveying bottom plate and ironing plate bottom plate are made of imported wear-resistant steel plates, which effectively extend the service life of the machine.
(7) It is equipped with a mechanically extended double-vibrating gas-heated ironing plate, which has a large paving thickness and high working density.
(8) Two vertical and one horizontal automatic leveling systems ensure paving flatness.
(9) The mobile operating console can intuitively display various working functions, paving and driving speeds, and can be installed on the left or right side for easy operation.
(10) The central lubrication system can automatically supply oil and lubrication evenly to the bearings in various high-temperature areas.
