Hot Air Pressure Gauge
Controlling airflow is very important during the roast, Normally, we control airflow is only by manual damper.
But once you forget to clean up the exhaust pipe and exhaust fan motor in time, the dust and chaff may block the pipe or motor, or if you meet the bad weather (like strong wind, heavy rain, etc.) , you may not get exact pressure value by the manual damper.

Durable Drum Structure
WK-15 drum is made of food level 304 stainless steel, single- layer drum thickness is 4mm.The brackets are thick enough welded inside the drum which keeps the drum more stable to last its service life for many years to come. Our special mixing blades design makes coffee beans inside the drum well-mixed. Single-layer drum and double-walled drum for options, customers could choose what they prefer.
Extra thermocouple holes and bearing cover
WK-15 front bearing upgraded to new type with a bearing cover which can protect bearing and avoid any dangerous by touching.
