Expanded Clay (Lightweight Expanded Clay Aggregate, clay pebbles) is made from 100% natural clay at average 1200 degree in rotary kiln, the Yielding gases are expanded by thousands of small bubbles as long as this temperature and porosity will appear by many voids and honeycombs at these round shape aggregates when melted materials become cold.
NS Expanded Clay
The advantages is high porous, pH netural, low density, high strength, excellent heat insulation property, fire resistance, sound insulation, thermal insulation, good durability.
The main sizes we have 1-4mm, 4-8mm, 4-10mm, 8-10mm, 8-16mm, 15-25mm, 10-30mm etc. It is available in different sizes and densities.
