CLEAN PANEL
The clean panel, also known as purification board or sandwich panel, is a composite board made of color-coated board, stainless steel, aluminum alloy board and other materials as the surface material. The clean board has unique dustproof, antistatic, antibacterial and other advantages. It is widely used in clean engineering fields that require harsh indoor environments, such as electronics, pharmaceuticals, food, biology, aerospace, precision instrument manufacturing and scientific research.
PURIFICATION DOOR AND WINDOW
Purification doors generally refer to the door that are easy to clean, anti-bacterial and have excellent air tightness. They are suitable for various hospital constructions, biomedical laboratories, food and beverage processing factories, electronic plants and other occasions with high air tightness requirements.
Purification window, also called clean window, is a kind of window that can filter harmful substances in the air. It usually consists of double-layer hollow tempered glass, which is usually composed of an air layer sandwiched between two pieces of glass. The air layer is filled with some adsorbents or catalysts, which can effectively remove pollutants in the air, such as formaldehyde, benzene and other harmful gases and small particles such as PM2.5
FFU
The Fan Filter Unit, also called FFU, is an air supply and filtration unit in modular end. The FFU draws air on top and filters it through a HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter). Then the filtered clean air will be sent out evenly at a pre-set speed over the air outlet. It is generally installed in the clean room ceiling for maximum efficiency and also to increase the flexibility of airflow.
