API 610 TYPE BB2 PROCESS PUMP
Radially split, one- and two-stage, between-bearings pumps shall be designated pump type BB2.
The single-stage or two-stage pump is an energy saving and environmental protection product, which is designed based on AP1610 (The eighth edition) and combined with production practice. The pump also conforms to the design requirements of API610 (The ninth and tenth edition).

Pump Casing and Pump Cover
1) AY/SJA series pump casing is centerline mounted. Design pressure is 5.0 MPa
Fluid temperature is-45-+450℃Pump casing is double volute when suction diameter and discharge diameter are more than 100mm. 
Two structures are suitable for DSJH series pumps. 
2) Top suction and top discharge nozzles conform with ANS and DIN standards. 
3) Suction and discharge nozzle loads conform to API610 standards. Suction and discharge flanges are optional in accordance with industrial standards.
Mechanical Seal
1) The size of seal chamber completely conforms to API 682 standards (The second edition). 
2) There is single mechanical seal, double mechanical seal, or assembly mechanical seal. Flushing, cooling, heating, quenching and buffer tank connecting conform with API610 standards.
Impeller
1) The impeller is cast in whole, and is statically balanced. If there is high requirement for vibration, impeller is dynamically balanced in G 6.3 class as required. Axial force of pump is mainly balanced by the balance holes of impeller. Hinging structure, axial force cannot be affected by suction pressure. When suction pressure is high, the axial force can be balanced by trimming the diameter of rear seal ring.
2) The impeller is connected with shaft and provided with lock washer to prevent reverse operation of pump (only suitable for cantilever structure)
Pump Casing Drain
1) Use flange connection as standard. 
2) Drain structure can be optional according to users' requirements.
Measuring Instruments
Various kinds of measuring instruments can be optional according to conditions at site. 
1) Suction and discharge pressure gauges.
2) Bimetal thermometer and platinum thermal resistance for measuring bearing temperature.
3) Bearing vibration measuring instruments at both ends in three directions.
Bearing body
1) High interchangeability: only 3 bearing frames
2) Wind-cooling or water-cooling bearing frame is optional according the temperature of fluids. 
3) Oil pool can be heated at low-temperature environment and fluid
4) Oil lubrication. Automatic oil filling cup and visual window are also installed on the bearing frame
Shaft
1) The shaft adopts heavy load and large diameter to meet the requirement of low shaft deflection and guarantee the life of bearing
and seal. 
2) Materials of shaft can be optional in accordance with different conditions to make sure that shaft diameter deflection of seal is less than 0.05mm
Bearing
1) The radial force can be balanced by cylindrical roller bearing. The residual axial force can be balanced by a pair of angular contact ball bearings. The bearing frame can be metal or non-metal
2) Oil lubrication for bearing
Flinger
1) Provide lubrication and cooling for bearing. 
2) Prevent too high temperature of partial lubricating oil.
Cooling/Heating Chamber
1) Pump cover is rigidly design, which has the advantages of pressure-containing capacity and high reliability. The pump cover is
provided with water-cooled chamber. The temperature of seal chamber is reduced for high-temperature condition to grantee safe and reliable operation of seal. 
2) Cooling water or steam can be inputted into seal chamber in accordance with different conditions.
Pump Casing and Pump Cover Seal
1) Use controllably compressed spiral wound gasket. 
2) Gasket materials can be selected in accordance with fluids.
DESIGN FEATURES AND ADVANTAGES
The hydraulic part is designed by comparing and optimizing excellent hydraulic model at home and abroad by means of modern design software, etc., which has the advantages of wide range of flow rate and head, high efficiency, good cavitation performance, etc. 
The pump is a new energysaving, environmental protection and highefficiency product.
High interchangeability: only three kinds of bearingbodies to improve standardization, generalizationand serialization of products greatly.
There are three types of cooling methods for bearing bodies including air cooling, fan cooling and water cooling, which is optional according to different operating temperatures. Fan cooling is especially suitable for areas lack of water or areas with poor water quality.
Meal systems completely conform to AP1682 standard (The second edition). The pump can be matched with various kinds of seal and flush cooling plans, which is suitable for all kinds of complicated conditions and has the advantage of wide use range.

At the present, the company can produce 45 series, nearly 900 specifications pump products and provide over 700sets pump products for energy, chemical, metallurgy and other industries rvery year. The flow covers the range of 0.1 - 18000 m3/hr.

The company has 27 technical design personnels currently, which all have bachelor degree or above. The computer auxiliary systems are applied in the design, analysis and calculation of all products.
For example, SOLIDWORD SOFT can be used for 3D simulation design of product structure, and a variety of professional software can be used for hydraulic calculation and analysis, finite element analysis, and evaluation of product strength, reliability and safety.
All product designs of R&D center conform with mainstream standards, such as API610, ISO, GB, ANSI, HI and other standards. The pump for nuclear power is designed in accordance with the standard of ASME AND RCC-M.

INSPECTION AND TEST PRODUCT TEST ABILITY
The company has complete product measuring and test methods, over 140 sets of measuring control, physical and chemical inspection, NDT, dimensional inspection, balance test, pressure test and performance test equipments, and over 800 pieces of special and general measuring equipments.
The company obtained the metrological qualification certificates issued by Shenyang Municipal Bureau of Technical Supervision. NDT personnels have the PTI, MT Il and UT II qualifications of NDT of civil nuclear safety equipment and can do PT, MT and UT test and evaluation.NDT is a testing technology based on modern science.
It is a testing and evaluation method of the structure, properties and states of test coupon internal and surface, with the help of advanced technology and equipments, on the premise of no damage to test coupon, by means of physical and chemical methods.
Now it is widely used in various fields, especially for the quality and safety of special pressure equipments, NDT seems very important.

The test center has an open test-bed built according to GB3216-89 Precision C and ISO9906-1999 Precision Second, which can do the test of 6000 m3/h normal temperaturewater and 800 m3/h high viscosity medium, and can measure flow, head, NPSH, power, speed, vibration and noise.
Performance curve is fitted automatically by computer system.
Real-time and intelligent acquisition of test data improves the degree of automation and testing schedule.
Now our test center has the same testing level and testing precision with domestic first-class pump enterprises.
