Static-free Cleanroom Wiper

Cleanroom wiper, also known as dust-free wiping cloth, is made of 100% polyester fiber double woven, with a soft surface that is easy to wipe sensitive surfaces. It does not detach fibers when rubbed,and has good water absorption, super oil absorption, and cleaning efficiency. The cleaning and packaging of the product are completed in the ultra clean workshop. The optional edge sealing methods for dust-free cloth generally include cold cutting, laser edge sealing, and ultrasonic edge sealing. Polyester and ultra-fine fiber dust-free cloth can generally be perfectly sealed with laser and ultrasonic wave.

Product Description:

The product uses 100% continuous polyester fiber double woven fabric, the surface is soft and can be used to wipe sensitive surfaces, specially suitable for dust-free purification workshops. The edges of dust-free cloth, dust-free wiping cloth, ultra-fine fiber dust-free cloth, and ultra-fine fiber wiping cloth are sealed by the most advanced edge cutting machine. After wiping, there will be no particles or threads left, and the cleaning ability is strong.

Polyester cleanroom wiper

Polyester cleanroom wiper has continuous weaving of high and light polyester fibers, no need to add water absorbing agents. It can be reused multiple times, suitable for directly wiping products and precision equipment.

Submicrofiber cleanroom wiper

Submicrofiber cleanroom wiper is made of continuous polyester fiber double weaving, it has superior water absorption and strong adsorption, and is widely used in semiconductors, LCD displays, computers, etc.
