The production process of this production line is:
The raw materials that need to be crushed are conveyed to the crusher through the screw conveyor for crushing. After crushing,they directly enter the mixer. The raw materials that do not need to be crushed are directly conveyed to the mixer through thescrew conveyor. The materials are controlled automatically. The mixing time for each batch is 3 - 5 minutes. After fully and evenly stirred and mixed, the raw materials that need to be pelletized are conveyed to the pelletizing bin to be processed through the elevator. After being pelletized, they are conveyed to the cooler through the belt conveyor. The temperature of the cooled pellets is 3 - 5 °C lower than the room temperature. After cooling, the finished products go through the vibrating grading screen to screen out the powder. The finished pellet materials are lifted to the finished product bin through the bucket elevator. Finally, the finished products are packaged through the automatic packaging scale. The finished products that do not need to be pelletized, after passing through the mixer, are directly conveyed to the finished product bin through the lifting equipment and then lowered to the automatic packaging scale for packaging.
