We don't have MOQ,new customers can start with 1 pcs to check the quality.
2. Do you offer samples before mass production?
Yes, we offer pre-production samples with only a mold charge. Sampling takes approximately 7-10 days and mass production another 10-15 business days. Please allow enough time for production.
3.If I re-order my products, should I pay the mold fee again?
No, we will help you to save the mold for 2 year, during this time, you needn’t pay any mold fee for re-make the same design.
4.Express shipping is too high, any other options?
Yes, of course, the shipping fee is not charged by us, but we could help you to choose the most economic to you.
5.What's your quality control percentage?
As the quality, please be assured, we will have the strict QC before the shipment many times, and also our sales will go to the package room to check the quality again by ourself. if have found the bad products,we will send them to factory again and make it again.then ship the best to you.
6.What information is required to get a quotation?
Please offer info of your products, such as: quantity, size, thickness, the number of colours… Your roughly idea or image is also workable.
7.Can I get product samples or catalogue?
