Production
Using advanced cast film method to produce PE stretch film
First, the raw materials are prepared. Polyethylene resin is mixed with additives to ensure the quality of the raw materials. Then it is extruded. The raw materials are heated to a molten state in the extruder and extruded through a flat die to form a film-like melt.
Then the melt flows to the cooling roller to quickly cool and solidify. After that, thickness measurement and corona treatment are carried out to ensure uniform film thickness and increase surface tension to enhance printing and composite performance.
Finally, the stretch film is rolled up by the winding device, and after passing the inspection, it is packaged and put into storage, completing the entire production process.
