1.How can I place order?
A: You can contact us by email about your order details, or place order on line.

2.What's the order procedure?
A: First, we discuss the order and production details through email or instant messaging tools. Then we will issue a Proforma Invoice(PI) for your confirmation. Before starting production, we will require you to make a full advance payment or pay a deposit. After receiving the deposit, we will begin processing the order. Once production is complete, we will contact you to confirm the shipping details and request the balance payment. After the balance is settled, we will prepare the shipment for you.
3.What do you do when your customers receive defective products?
A: Replacement. If there are some defective items, we usually credit them to our customers or replace them in the next shipment.
4.Q: What is your best price?
A: Usually for price, it is based on specific designs and purchasing quantity, rough quotation will be estimated from picture, and we will have exact price after sample making.
5.Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: 30-45 Days after the advance deposit and sample confirmed, to be negotiated according to the final quantity. Urgent order is acceptable for higher price.
