The Panels Cutting Machine (Belt Blade Saw or Disk Blade Saw), installed in the PU Sandwich Panels Lines, is designed to longitudinally cut the formed panels "on the fly" during production, achieving clean and virtually burr-free cuts. The machine is equipped with a band saw rotation system that turns the blade 180 degrees, enabling cutting in both directions and thus reducing "cut-to-cut" times.

When needed, the machine can be equipped with circular blade saws to perform cuts necessary for panel overlapping. The ideal cutting unit must have a cutting speed synchronized with the panel conveying speed. This cutting unit can be operated manually or automatically. The gantry is set at the rear, and the saw unit is positioned on the right-hand side as viewed from the direction of production.
