Overband magnetic separators
SorTek Permanent magnetic separator
Overband permanent magnets are applied for extracting iron tramp from bulk materials for recycling or protecting grinders, mills and other processing equipment against wear and damage. The strong permanent neodymium magnetic system with high magnetic intensity ensures a satisfactory separation results. Belt self-cleaning ensures a high efficiency and free maintenance.

Technology
SorTek overband magnets are distinguished by extremely powerful and far-reaching magnetic fields. They are suspended above a conveyor belt and attract the magnetic parts, pulling them up and out of the material flow. Overband permanent magnets are often self-cleaning and equipped with a circular conveyor belt; the extracted iron is conveyed out of the magnetic field by belt and carried bars and then discharged.Product Parameters
