A:Sure,we can send you the samples for free,but you need to pay the freight,we can return it to you when the order is confirmed.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 7-20 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to
quantity.

Q: When will my order be delivered?
A:You'll see the estimated delivery lead time on the PI. For regular items, usually deliver within 30 days. For special items,
normally 40-50 days. We will update this daily to let you know the latest situation by mail.

Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: Payment<=1000 USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000 USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.

Q:How about the products packing?
A: Packing as the different products and different size, we have professional export design packing for our customer, and we could as customer required.

A: All our processes strictly adhere to ISO9001:2008 procedures. We have strict quality control from producing to delivery. Our company had strong technology support, 80% of our colleagues are master or bachelor's degree. A:If you have a new product drawing or a sample, please send to us, and we can custom-made the as your required. We will also
provide our professional advices of the products to make the design to be more realized & maximize the performance.
