Sweeper & Scrubber Combined Machine
Characteristics
1.Improve operational visibility through a cab-forward design, a broad field of view, and steering wheel-mounted controls.
2.Provide optimal protection with a thick steel full-wrap structure and corner wheels.
3.Meet large-area cleaning requirements with a 280L clean water tank and a 330L waste water tank.
4.Ensure no residue on the floor after cleaning with a dual suction motor design.
5.Facilitate easy installation and washing with a 504L removable garbage bin.
6.The squeegee head can easily swivel in all directions and is equipped with anti-collision wheels.
7.Industrial design allows the use of the sweeper function or the scrubber function independently, adapting to various road
conditions, improving work efficiency with one machine serving multiple purposes.
8.The chassis features dual anti-rust primer, electrostatic powder coating for secondary surface treatment, anti-rust and
anti-peeling, stainless steel pedals, a five-year warranty on the chassis. The anti-rust process includes: degreasing before
cutting, grinding, puttying, epoxy zinc-rich primer (40% zinc content), and powder electrostatic coating.
9.The vehicle control system is designed by Tongji Automotive Research Institute, using national standard wires, waterproof connectors, flame-retardant wire tubes, and well-known circuit components. The vehicle control system is designed and manufactured to passenger car standards.
10.Dual brake system: electronic brake (adjustable braking distance) and mechanical brake (dual disc brakes), with anti-hill-hold function.
11.DC brushless motor with differential rear axle (stable current, no need to replace carbon brushes, speed controlled by
differential), paired with Kelly engineering vehicle controller, providing strong power, easily climbing a 30-degree slope
(15-degree ground angle), and designed with an anti-slip function.
12.Engineering vehicle steering wheel, Taiwanese waterproof switch, 3M adhesive panel stickers, engineering vehicle accelerator, and fully waterproof connectors.
13. Standard high-pressure water gun, with functions for watering, dust control, disinfection, and washing.
