3. Manufacturing Strength
JUKE now has a manufacturing base of 15,000 square meters, with 12 modern manufacturing lines and more than 30 injection machines (120 tons-800 tons), increased production of high-quality home appliances per day to 10,000 units. JUKE also has a professional team of nearly 500 staff, 390 staff engaged in assembly production, 30 staff in quality supervision and testing department, 10 staff in marketing department, 12 staff in procurement department and 15 for internal staff.

1. How can I get the price?
- We usually quote within 24 hours after we get your inquiry (except weekend and holidays). If you are urgent to get the price, please email us or contact us in other ways so that we can offer you a quote.

- Yes. Please feel free to contact us. Our company policy states that all customers need to pay sample and shipping fee if they ask for samples. But when you place bulk order, sample fee will be refunded.

- The MOQ of our products is 1000 pcs for one model one size that can customize the operation language, color box, carton, and instruction.
4. What is the warranty of your products?
- Normally one year warranty, We will have our own QC inspection of the products, and we accept the third party inspection before shipment.
5. What is your lead time?
- It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Usually we can ship within 7-15 days for small quantity, and about 30 days for large quantity.
