Detailed Images

1. Diesel engine

The engine is under the seat and hopper.

We use famous Changchai brand diesel engine ZS1115, 16.2kw, 22HP in the previous.

And upgrade it to Changchai brand diesel engine L24, 17kw, 24hp at present.

And it is equipped with electric starter and hand rocking bar which with bearing side to help hand rocking start.

2.1 Strong 7 or 8-speed rear axle, SF Brand

* The latest SF 8-speed rear axle is available for LK270D, which gear box is bigger than 7 speed gear rear axle. Replacing into this 8 speed type rear axle need extra charge.

* The previous is SF 7-speed heavy strong rear axle.

2.2. Direction and fixing method of ‘U’ shape supporting on rear axle and spring steel plates.

* On previous 7 speed gear rear axle, the U shape supporting is upwards, and it is fixed by screws on the steel plate above spring steel plates.

* On the present 8 speed gear rear axle, the U shape supporting is downwards. And it is totally fixed on the holes reserved on the side of rear axle pipes. So it will not move at all.

3.1 Front plate(portal frame) of cargo box and thickness of cargo box.

* The present one uses thick beams.

And steel plates are cut by laser cutting machine then welded. Please refer to the photos below:

* The previous front plate (portal frame) uses sample design beams.

3.2. Hopper thickness + Treatment process of hopper’s side beams/columns:

1) The previous thickness of cargo box is 3mm.

2) Present hopper’s side beams/columns use the complete rectangular tubes which has been laser half cut and then welded.This is similar to that of electric dumper's hopper.
* Previous use rectangular tubes section by section and then welding them together.

* one more thing, add an cross beam on the side plates.

3.3 A new self-unloading hook design is adopted.

From the original one, the self-unloading hook is directly hung on the iron shaft fixed on the frame, and then fixed by the pin. It is changed to a new design cast iron dump hook. anti-reverse hook, more beautiful and stronger.

4. Diesel oil tank and hydraulic oil tank.

* Hydraulic oil pump and hydraulic cylinder. 3-section strong hydraulic cylinder which can lifting the hopper with fully loaded easily.
* Present diesel dumper uses integrated type 2 oil tanks, diesel tank and hydraulic oil tank are together but in different box.

5. Air filter assembly+ Exhaust gas treatment device

* Air filter assembly adopts double filtration.

* The waste gas treatment device provides a safe working environment, protect the safety and health of personnel, and protect the ecological environment.

6. Hydraulic Power Steering and Guard board of steering wheel.

1) It adopts steering wheel with power ball and hydraulic power steering device, which is easy to operate, easy to control the direction, save time and effort.

2) Protective cover for steering gear: two type: plastic or metal . We can made them according to your needs.

7. SF Brand Double-row big shock absorption + Front baffle

1) Its Double-row shock absorption in SF brand is the best which is very strong and durable.

SF brand is famous brand on machinery spare parts brand.

2) Front baffle - narrow and wide.
* We can made any of them according to your needs.

8.1 Front wheel

8.2 Rear wheel

6.50-16. It can be replaced into 6.00-16 (if need narrow vehicle width).

9. Alternator, battery and their Position.

* 12V1000W alternator.
* 12V105ah(normal brand) or 12V100ah(famous brand) lead acid maintenance free battery.

* The previous battery and alternator are both outside.
* The present battery and alternator are both inside, under the cargo box. This position is safer and can prevent rain and bump.

Packing & Delivery

LCL shipment: packed in one iron frame and iron sheet box
FCL delivery: loaded in the 20GP(8 sets) or 40HC container(16 sets)
