1. 0-4L hydrogen production and charging integrated equipment is a system that integrates proton exchange membrane (PEM) and electrolyzes pure water to produce high-purity hydrogen. The water circulation system is used to send deionized water that meets the requirements into the electrolyzer for electrolysis to form hydroxide anions and hydrogen ions. Hydroxide anions release electrons at the anode to form oxygen and carry part of the water into the water tank, and the oxygen is exhausted from the water tank by the oxygen exhaust pump. Hydrogen ions obtain electrons at the cathode to form hydrogen, and after gas-water separation, hydrogen with a maximum pressure of 1.6Mpa is obtained. The system includes the development and implementation of hydrogen production systems including electrolyzers, including but not limited to electrolyzers, power supply facilities, gas-liquid separation facilities, hydrogen purification facilities, PLC control facilities, etc. Complete set of technical utility engineering auxiliary system design, including but not limited to energy management system, instrument air system, auxiliary system power supply, etc. Specific equipment includes: circulating water pump, water-gas separator, gas dryer, valve and pipeline components, constant current power supply, control panel and control system, safety system, etc.
2. It has the function of hydrogen gas-liquid separation and processing, and the liquid level is automatically drained when it approaches the threshold;
3. It has the function of remote monitoring, automatic system control, and 24-hour unmanned safe dynamic operation;
4. The operating conditions can be freely edited, or prefabricated conditions can be selected;
