The working principle of the shaking table:
Combined action of mechanical shaking and water washing. The bed surface of the shaker is trapezoid or diamond shape, the transverse has a certain tilt, and the longitudinal end is provided with a transmission device. The bed surface is arranged longitudinally, and its height gradually decreases from the driving end to the opposite side. After the raw material pulp is fed to the bed surface, the ore particles are loosened and stratified in the bed groove due to water washing and bed surface vibration. The light mineral particles in the upper layer move more along the horizontal inclined direction of the bed surface due to greater hydraulic force. The bottom heavy mineral particles are directly pushed to the opposite side of the transmission end by the differential motion of the bed surface.
