NYP Series High Viscosity Internal Gear Pumps
NYP series internal gear pumps are mainly composed of internal rotor, outside rotor, shaft, pump body, front cover,bracket, seal, bearing etc. We adopting packing seal or mechanical seal in the pumps' seal. When the handling medium is high temperature, high viscosity or strong corrosion, packing seal is adopted. When the handling medium easy become crystal, We can design the heat preservation jacket in pump body and front cover in order to melt the medium with steam when working. The pump can be also fitted with the safety valve.The pump set is composed of the pump, motor and base plate. The driving way is belt wheel driving or coupling driving.
Temperature: -10℃～200℃
Viscosity: 1.0cst～300000cSt

Features:
1. Steady delivery without pulsation, little vibration and low noise.
2. Outstanding self-priming ability.
3. If selecting proper parts material, the pump can deliver a variety of corrosive mediums and the working temperature can reach 300℃.
4. The same rotary direction of internal rotor and outside rotor results in little wear and long operation life.
5. The pump's flow capacity can be changed through adjusting the speed.
6. It's suited to deliver high viscosity mediums very much

NYP series internal gear pump is a kind of new positive displacement pump that's designed according to the different fields
requirements of petroleum, chemical industry, paint, grease, pharmacy, foodstuff, and so on. It's widely applyed to pumping a
variety of mediums with different property and viscosity because of special structure and selected different pump's materials.
