Collar & Lock
The color of the collar is usually silver white.
According to different cases, you can choose whether to with a locking:
NO.1: If the single use time does not exceed 12 hours, it is not convenient for people to operate the fall, we recommend that you choose without a lock.
NO.2: If the single use time is more than 1 day and the top payload weight is less than 15kg, we recommend choosing a small lock.
NO.3: If the single use time is more than 1 day, the top payload weight is more than 15kg and less than 200kg, we recommend choosing a big lock.

Lifting Device
According to different cases, you can choose different lifting device:
(1) If there is no electricity, the mast height does not exceed 6m, the load does not exceed 10kg, you can choose hand pump and foot pump;
(2) If there is electricity, you can choose air compressor, then we will also match the air hose and control valve accordingly;
(3) If there is no place to install the air compressor and control valve, you can choose the control box.

Customized Service
(1)Top plate & Bottom Base
The shape, size, diameter of the hole, etc. can be customized according to your usage scenario.
(2)Spiral cable
The cable can be external or built-in, if you needed built-in (as shown on the left), please tell me the model of the cable. Please note that the built-in cable is not possible in all cases, it depends on the wire thickness, tube diameter and gap.
(3)Lubricating oil
Due to shipping reasons, we cannot ship lubricating oil, you need to purchase it in your country. If you want to extend the service life of the mast, the mast needs to be maintained regularly. Besides, the lubricating oil is dropped once every two or three month.

Our masts are in use for public office as well as civil purposes like communication, monitoring, camera, antenna, production, telecommunication,surveillance, broadcasting, disaster recovery, site surveys, energy site security, etc.
Installation Scenario
--- Our masts can be installed on any level ground, land, grass, wall, box side, container or interior or door of emergency vehicles, fire trucks, vans, small cars, SUVs, etc.
--- Different installation scenarios require different accessories, which are mainly divided into vehicle and ground installation.
--- In order to give you a more reasonable quotation, please tell us the installation scene or the accessories you need before inquiry.
Installation Procedure
* Connecting the air inlet of control valve with air compressor.
* Connecting the air outlet of control valve with the mast.
* Once all mounted, you must keep the lifting control valve handle bar in middle location. (it make the air do not come into
mast)
* Open the air compressor switch, at same time adjust the pressure regulating switch to reach 0.2MPa which the pressure gauge shows.
* Then pull up the lifting valve handle bar, mast will rise.
* If you want to make the mast stop in some height, just make the handle bar in middle.
* When lift down the mast, please pull down the lifting control valve handle bar.
* In case, there is no electricity and head load is not heavy, lifting could be made by foot pump or hand pump
* For a locking mast extending, when the mast tube sections in extending,you can hear a clear sound when locking pins in the locking slot, that means the section was locked firmly.
* When retracting the mast with locking, to disengaged the latch pins by pulling the bottom T handle or the lock rings on each section, then exhaust the air from the air from the mast, when the mast or each section is fully retracted, stop exhausting air pressure and release the T handles or the lock rings on each section.
